For PVC trunking at internal corners, external corners, flat bends, branch tees, end caps and other nodes, standard adapter fittings shall be used, not hand-cut miters; in surface-mounted ceiling wiring, the trunking size shall match the junction box hole diameter and be connected tightly; (for existing power cables, power wiring shall ensure that the phase, neutral, and ground wires are consistent in color and distinguishable.) The connections at both ends of power cables to the power supply and luminaire conductors must use terminal blocks; terminal blocks shall not be left hanging in the air and shall be secured with screws. Except at terminal boards and equipment connection points, power cables shall have no joints in the middle of the run, and conductor insulation shall be in good condition; when connecting two power cables, the conductors shall be connected tightly and firmly, and the resistance value of the joint shall not be greater than that of a conductor of the same length; the insulation strength of the joint between two power cables shall be the same as that of the non-jointed sections. Power cables placed in hanger rods shall not be wrapped around the hanger rods or left exposed in the air. Both ends of the hanger rods shall be protected with insulating sleeves. Wall damage caused during implementation shall be fully repaired.

(4) Trunking

Connector fittings shall be used at trunking joints, and the joints of the trunking body shall be tight, flat, and seamless.

Trunking shall be installed tightly against the building surface, and trunking routing shall be horizontal and vertical, with the trunking edges fixed along the building surface. Attachment fixing points shall be provided at turns and joints; each single trunking section shall have at least two fixing points; when a single section exceeds 1 meter in length, at least two fixing points per meter on average shall be provided. Blackboard lights shall not share the same power cables and control switches as classroom lights. During classroom renovation, if the power cables of blackboard lights and classroom lights are not separated, the power cables and trunking for blackboard lights shall be newly laid; if the control switches of blackboard lights and classroom lights are not separated, control switches shall be added (or adjusted) so that branch circuit control of blackboard lights and classroom lights can ultimately be achieved.

If the existing classroom lights already have branch circuit control, then during renovation, when adding, reducing, or relocating luminaires, wiring construction shall be carried out according to the original luminaire branch circuit control, maintaining consistency of classroom light branch circuit control after renovation.

(6) Power-on trial operation

After the luminaires are installed, a power-on trial operation shall be carried out. Check whether the light sources in the luminaires operate normally, whether the projection direction and angle of the blackboard luminaires are correct, and the intact operation rate of the luminaires shall reach 100%.

(3). Luminaire installation requirements

(4). Quality control

In implementing on-site quality management, strictly follow the specification requirements, establish a complete quality management system, comprehensively control the implementation process, and ensure that the implementation quality of each procedure meets the standards. The quality of implementation at each stage shall be self-inspected and self-checked, and the purchaser (buyer) shall track and supervise the entire process with strict quality control.

(1) Quality supervision during the installation stage

① Within 2 working days after the installation at each school is completed, the school shall verify the average illuminance value, uniformity, etc. of the classroom, and record and photograph the installation safety requirements, switch installation positions, fan position handling, and other aspects.
